Due to  a small minority of buyers attempting to scam small businesses PLEASE READ the following regarding refunds.
 
A full refund of all costs will be made if the item is damaged on receipt (evidenced by photos) or as occasionally happens, an incorrect item was sent.
A full refund of all costs will be made if the item is not received by the buyer with the FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS
1.    If delivery is seen to have been attempted of a tracked item and the buyer has not attempted to re-arrange delivery or collect the item, upon the item being returned to the seller a refund of the item value ONLY will be made
2.    If an incorrect address has been supplied meaning the item cannot be delivered and it is returned to the seller, a refund of the item value ONLY will be made
3.    If a tracked item is shown as having been delivered, but the buyer has not received it , this is a delivery problem out of the sellers control and no refund  can be made. The buyer should therefore pursue the issue (evidenced by the tracking) with the delivery company.
